Five people used to prepare quotes. Now one handles the orders

Previously, each product had a dedicated person preparing quotes manually. Now each product has its own configurator. Customers enter the area and insulation thickness to see how many packs they need, or select the number of packs to see how many m² they cover. The product is then added to the cart with the calculated price.

Configured, paid for and passed on to the manufacturer

Customers configure the door themselves, add it to the cart and pay online. The same configuration can also be used to generate a PDF and is sent to the CRM/ERP system and the manufacturer. Standard products support only a limited number of options. With a configurator, a single product can have billions of possible variants.

Roller garage doors made to the millimetre

A PrestaShop store selling roller garage doors. Customers enter the width and height, and the system automatically calculates the dependent parameters. They then choose the colours of the curtain, box and guide rails, add accessories, and complete the order and payment in the same online-shop.

Awning configurator

Configure and pay for awnings online with orders sent to the manufacturer

The customer picks the awning type and the configurator guides them through the remaining options. Everything runs in a Shopware shop, so the order is paid for on the spot. The final configuration is then sent directly to the manufacturer.

A simple form to help sales prepare window quotes

Customers fill in a short form with basic window details. Both the customer and the salesperson receive a copy. The salesperson then uses the company's internal system to quickly prepare a quote.

From the customer's configuration to data for production

Customers configure a roller shutter curtain in a Shopware shop and buy it. Once the order is in, the data is converted so production knows how to cut the slats and put the curtain together.

The first roller garage door configurator. It replaced 200 separate simple products with one configurable product offering thousands of possible combinations. With simple products, you can offer only a few colours for the box, guide rails and shutter curtain. But what if the customer wants to add accessories? With a configurator, you can offer all these options in a single product, with the price calculated automatically
